**Applying Generative AI to IT Operations ****ON-DEMAND WEBINAR**

Generative AI, a subcategory of artificial intelligence that specializes in creating new content and insights in response to prompts from human users, has a variety of use cases. Based on a survey of 151 IT professionals who have first-hand experience with applying generative AI to IT management tasks, Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) has published new market research that examines the opportunities and challenges that IT organizations are experiencing with the technology. According to this new research, 95% of respondents believe that generative AI can make IT personnel more productive.
